carbon release notes for version 0.1

10/07/07	version 0.1.1 released
	Fixed:	Windows 7 problems with drawing polygons (wrong shape, excessive time to draw)
		Gallery Browser not releasing vfw and image caches.
     Improved:	Blending speeds almost doubled for HiRes.
		ColorPicker now using BitBlt for faster drawing
	Added:	10 standard filters (smooth, smooth +, blur, sharpen, detail, edge enhance,
		 edge enhance +, find edges, contour, and emboss)
