If an integer is used it is the actual button number, from 1 to 36.
If a register value is used it is the button number multiplied by 1024

   time may be GPRMint | int
   pgcn may be PGC_name | int
SetAMXMDanywhereACH0(4:sw,3:sw,2:sw), ACH1(4:sw,3:sw,2:sw)
or
GPRMint (GPRM contains bits set as per SPRM 11)
   sw is ON | OFF
